Meet the PeaceBrix Team

As founder and executive director, Mark leads the operations, finance, and supply chain functions of the PeaceBrix organization. Concurrently, Mark leads Enterprise Growth at Acxiom, LLC, and works with national brands to improve relationships with their customers. He is based in Pingree Grove, just down the street from his two beautiful and talented daughters, Caitlin (26) and Anya (22).

Mark's inspiration for starting PeaceBrix came from his lifelong interest in Science and Technology, and a driving desire to help children learn STEM basics. His mother, Barbara (now a PeaceBrix board member), taught elementary school at a 4th and 5th-grade level and her experience with introducing kids to STEM concepts was both an inspiration and the root of the lesson plans PeaceBrix provides.

Mark holds a bachelor's in English from University of Virginia and a master's degree in Communication Research from University of Michigan.
